Member Services

ChipRewards provides member-level support using web-based ACD technology to design and deliver a custom call center experience, email support and outbound campaigns via telephone or email via web-based communication tools. Services offered include account support, technical support, redemption assistance (fulfillment issue, shipping issues, etc.) and currency adjudication. Administrative portals and web-services are provided to enable access to program and member information for specified individuals such as administrators and customer service representatives.
