ChipRewards provides report offerings from strategy to tactical transactions. Reporting begins with the overall corporate strategy and the supporting objectives and behavioral goals. Once the goals or “end-game” is defined, then a dedicated behavioral scientist will work with clients to determine the behavioral KPIs that lead to the desired end-game. In some cases, the KPIs are truly performance based on a single behavior. In many cases, they incorporate multiple behaviors that must come together and be tracked for overall, long-term success. Reports are provided to track both the performance of targeted campaigns, as well as overall success of the long-term strategy.
