Sales Coordinator

Description

The Sales Coordinator for ChipRewards is responsible for supporting and coordinating sales activities: compiling sales forecasts, collecting and reporting sales data and streamlining CRM data entry.

What You’ll Do

  • Help with all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, researching, presenting, negotiating and finalizing the agreement
  • Assist in further developing the strategic plan for revenue growth while maintaining P & L responsibility
  • Track sales leads through the sales funnel and monitor the sales pipeline
  • Conduct email and phone outreach campaigns to potential leads in order to progress sales
  • Assist in producing sales material and trade show campaigns
  • Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources and strategic planning
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote company’s visibility and solicit new sales leads
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Required Skills/Experience

  • Salesforce or CRM Funnel and Software Experience
  • Manage Demonstration and Sales Team Calendars
  • Provide and Store Financial Quotes and Information to Clients and Potential Clients
  • Monitor Sales Pipeline and Funnel
  • Cold Calling and Sales Experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
  • Outgoing and influential individual with the ability to develop strong professional relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated to pursue sales activities that support and grow the company

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • 1+ year(s) healthcare experience preferred
