Healthcare facilities across the country are now actively administering the COVID-19 vaccine to individuals through specific protocols of need. While this is great news, many health plans and employers are trying to decide what is the best way to encourage individuals to get vaccinated. A recent survey showed nearly two-third responders said a reward would increase the likelihood they would get a COVID-19 vaccine (or get it sooner)(1). So how do you ensure your program will work? Follow these rewards best practices:
#1: Keep it simple
