Client Success Service Delivery Manager

Description

As a ChipRewards Service Delivery Manager your primary focus will be maintaining excellent relationships with clients and improving ChipRewards services.  You will be responsible for keeping clients satisfied through managing consistent communication, managing issues, and leading clients to make the best use of the ChipRewards platform.  Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring service agreements are met, consulting clients on program design and assisting with contract renewals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as super-user administrator of the ChipRewards product
  • Monitor Client usage of product
  • Be the primary contact point of contact for Client
  • Be the go between Client and ChipRewards technical resources
  • Build long-lasting relationships with Client
  • Present new technologies to Client for potential upsell opportunities
  • Guide Client in using ChipRewards technology for best practices
  • Ensure timely implementation of new technologies and solutions
  • Maintain cadence of Client meetings with assigned action items and follow-ups

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of web technology and related concepts (especially HTML, XML and web services)
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office products (especially MS Excel)
  • Proven account management or relevant experience
  • Ability to adhere to aggressive timelines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience with Jira or other task management applications

Preferred Skills:

  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
  • Ability to develop fresh ideas for Client success
